Information collected on our web site or through our membership and program software is collected and used only by 180 Healthcare, LLC. We do not collect information about anyone except when specifically and knowingly provided by him or her.

180 Healthcare, LLC uses a third party vendor (Authorize.net) for all membership transactions. These transactions can be done in person or through the 180 Healthcare, LLC website. All sensitive information that is collected online either in person or via the web site (such as credit card data), is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. Once you create and begin to use your account that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” when you are accessing the account or registration pages at the top of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. In addition Bank Account and Credit/Debit
Card numbers are securely stored. Once the information is entered into our software system only a select few staff have access to the full account information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are also kept in a secure environment.

We also collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information which is information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as your browsing patterns on our web site. This allows us to better understand how the site is being used and how we can improve the design and content of the site.
